三 | 近期发生的一系列事件，让我们再也无法保持沉默。够了，不能再这样下去。我们呼吁所有相关各方挺身而出，共同重塑这项运动的未来。

四 | 这一号召将所有人凝聚在一起，从草根足球，到足坛顶层。国际足联内部，不乏有志重建信任的正直人士。但新时代需要结构性变革：球员与球迷，应当在足球事务的管理上，拥有真实、直接的话语权。驰骋赛场的球员、坐满看台的球迷，理应拥有真正的发声渠道，携手共同塑造足球的未来。足球界已经沉默得太久，为了球迷，为了球员，为了这项运动本身，我们将不再沉默。
